 Mountain Massage is a massage studio for people who have chronic pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia, shoulder/back surgeries etc. so that they have a place they can come to feel relief. 
Brittney specializes in injuries and chronic pain.

Mountain Massage: Our most relaxing and calming massage if you are looking for a break from the real world this is the massage for you. Light to medium pressure.

Mountain Peak: This massage is for you if have one or two areas that need deep tissue but would like medium pressure the rest of the time.

Mountain Ease: Is a form of alternative medicine known as reflexology which is involving application of pressure to the feet with specific thumb techniques based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body.

Mystical Mountain : This is cranial sacral and it Is meant to work with the flow of cerebrospinal fluid by using a therapeutic touch to manipulate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium. Very light pressure will be applied to the skull and face. Cranial helps with migraines and TMJ.

Mountain Relief: If you have chronic muscle tightness or would like trigger point therapy to help relieve some pain, deep tissue will be the massage for you. Usually not full body so we can focus on injuries.

Mountain Tranquility:  Enjoy our hot stone warming treatment as our therapist massages you with not only their hands but hot stones also. After each section has been worked you will be sent into tranquility as we do a layout of the stones.

Jill Christian is the owner of Mountain Massage and with 30 years of experience in a highly stressful job as a manager, book keeper and accountant she has learned the importance of balancing your life with a healing and calming environment away from your day to day life.

Jill is also a co-owner of BC Boxing located on Airport road, while she has watched clients train and work towards their health goals she quickly realized the importance of recovery which has also lead her to believe that massage would benefit any training regimen.

Brittney has been a massage therapist since 2009, she specializes in deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, cranial sacral, and reflexology. She also enjoys hot stone massage, foot treatments and scrubs.

She loves helping clients work thru injuries and emotional stress from their normal days at work. Along with being a licensed massage therapist she she has her associates in health and fitness, and her NASM personal training certificate, giving her a well rounded view on health and healing for the human body.
